Coed Varsity Track · Track Conditioning 2019


Voluntary conditioning begins Tuesday January 8th, the times are listed below. Keep in mind that there may be basketball games going on during our workout times so plan accordingly. We will meet in the gym lobby and then head up to the weight room together. Please bring water, warm clothes (we’ll go outside when possible), and any other items you may need (inhaler, brace, etc). Come prepared to work hard and we look forward to seeing you!

Tuesday: 7:00pm-8:30pm

Friday: 7:00pm-8:30pm

Saturday: 10:00am-11:30am

**Tuesday/Friday will be mostly in the weight room, Saturday will be our running day (at least 1 mile). We have those times booked but you may not need to be there for the full time. That is dependent on how long it takes you to get through the workout.
