Coach Phillips will begin his first year as Head Coach of the West Jefferson Girls soccer program . He attended Grand Rapids College and is a graduate of Jonathan Alder High School. Coach Phillips Has been in charge of summer conditioning work outs and has been the assistant soccer coach for the past two seasons.

Coach Schaefer will enter his third year as a coach with the West Jefferson wrestling program with 2014-15 being the first as the head coach. Prior to coaching at West Jefferson, Coach Schaefer was an assistant coach at Liberty Union and for seven years was the head coach of a club wrestling program in Dublin.
