Congratulations to Bryce Keckley for advancing to the OHSAA State wrestling finals! Wrestling begins at 3:00 PM on Friday. Bryce also earned his 100th career win at the district tournament this weekend.

West Jefferson Invitational

The high school hosted the 2019 West Jefferson Wrestling Invitational this past weekend, Dec 27th-28th. We crowned 1 champion, sophomore Bryce Keckley at 160lbs. 2 wrestlers took 2nd place, Junior Sam Fast at heavyweight and sophomore Jon Rickenbacker at 170lbs. Sophomore A.J. West Jeff wrestling alumni Gennar Feucht stopped by on Monday. Gennar won the most recent state championship for the Roughriders in 2013. He delivered an inspiring speech about overcoming obstacles, and what it takes to be a champion on and off the mat. We look forward to more alumni coming back
